Time for bed. Going to go meet a new wee little baby tomorrow. One of my friends had her 4th child at 6 o'clock this morning. A little boy named Cooper Alex. Cooper not being my fav pick of a name but I won't tell her that :)
Oh, I feel the baby envies coming on :(
I really don't like it that I'm having these feelings, I wish I didn't. I've got more than some & I do appreciate it, I do. Just my heart or head runs away from me sometimes. And this too, shall pass.
Hope your having a great day & thanx for stopping by :)

Here's Something About Cami (LOL)
I'm a nail biter.
Lifelong, always have been. Till about 5 years ago. I was watching some show on I believe TLC or health channel, where this woman who was a life long nail biter had to have a ton of fragments of her nails surgically removed from her intestines. EWWWWW! Aparently when they get into your intestines, it acts like fiberglass and embeds intself. cured me right then & there, quit cold turkey :D
Technically I've never eaten them, I would just bite them off. But they say you can still get shards. So I quit & of course my nails started to grow. At first I was real dilligent about keeping up with them but it seemed no matter what I did or didn't do, they would eventually peel or split or break. Years of abuse just took it's toll I guess. So I hate my nails! Eventually, I just gave up. I want nice nails so badly!!
Well, here lately I've found myself start to stick them in my mouth & I have to catch myself. I don't think I've actually bitten yet. One of the things I'm guilty of is picking at them when they are cracking or peeling. So I need to try to stop & try to keep up with them again. I'm making this a right now goal for me. Something I feel is doable. I found some stuff at Wal-Mart the other day that's supposed to really help heal them. "Miracle Cure" it says....yeah, I'm not holding my breath on that! I doubt they'll ever be healthy. But I'm making a commitment to work on them. I'm trying this stuff, see if I can at least get them all to grow out a little. I love french manicures. My nails are so small, I think they look better than just painting them.
Ok, enough about my nails. So, that's my goal :)

Kinda breaks my heart, yes it does........
So, Samantha had dance class today. She said the instructor asked them all to name their favorite song. She said she didn't because she got to scared & a little shy that everybody would laugh at her or call her a baby because her favorite song is "Splish Splash"....Ohhhhh! I felt bad for her &it just broke my heart is all. I was shy like that when I was young too. Maybe not her age but once I got into grade school I was. heck, I still am. OH~ *BIG sigh*
Now, on that note....I (her mother) was not aware her favorite song was "Splish, Splash" lol! wouldn't have guessed it...I thought it was something from the Shrek Soundtrack, as that's played daily around here! but she has this singing chicky my mom gave her many moons ago for easter that sings "splish, splash" & she's been playing that lately so I think she just had it on the brain today :D
How did she find the chicky???? you might NOT be asking yourself but I'm a gonna tell ya anway! lol....she was cleaning her room! "Allelujiah!!! (in my best heavenly singing voice) Allelujiah!!! lol...she decided by herself to do some picking up. But then afterwards asked me how much I was gonna pay her? rofl! Ahhhh....kids :)
She told me this morning that she had a dream that I gave her 2 $20 bills, for picking up the spot in front of her closet. "Kid, you were definitely DREAMIN!!!! hello!"
So today was not a struggle to get her ready for dance & we got there on time! yay!!! She wants to join Girl Scouts now and I am just undecided on that. registration is next week so I have a lil time to think about it. They have really been pushing it at school. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great program. But she already doesn't want to finish her dance committment for the year..so we'll see.

Time to update the 'OL Blog!
This has been a weird week. I've been hardly keeping up with anything online. When I do get a chance to get on, my puters been a major ARSE! I was trying to get my daughters room painted this week. But not only was the one pink color too bright, the other one doesn't match at all. I don't understand, it matches on the card & then when I put it on the wall it looks really red! UGH! So then I went & got more paint that's lighter to off set it but I just don't have a clue what I want to do. It's really giving me fits!! then the window treamtment is too small so now I have to see if they have another one or figure something else out & I just have no clue! Why didn't I just stick to white????? ugh! I don't know why this room is giving me such trouble! But I might eventually figure it out before the kid is 18 but DH says he highly doubts it! Shame on him!!
Friday nite we went to my cousin Traceys for pizza and play games. We played Uno for a little bit for Samantha & then played mexican train dominoes. I didn't win, so we won't go on about that! lol
Saturday morning I was supposed to take my little cousin to the mall so he could spend his Christmas gift certificates. Well about 6 am, Samantha woke up calling "mommy" Ron yelled to her that I was coming, what did she need. and ever so calmly she said "tell her it's an emergency! I puked on my bed & everywhere!" yup, she did. Needless to say some toys went in the garbage as there was no way I was going to attempt to clean them, it wouldn't have worked anyway. And I doubt she'll even miss them. Good thing Ron was getting up anyway to go hunting because I needed to send him to the store for laundry soap. Finally it was after 7:30 before I got everything all cleaned and us back to bed. And since Ron had left, I could comfortably let her come into bed with me & still get some sleep. By then she was done throwing up. This has really brought to my attention that whenever she gets stomach sick, it's always in the middle of the nite when she's sleeping. So by the time she realizes she needs to throw up, she already has! there is no time to make it to the bathroom because she's sleeping & doesn't realize it. It's never the middle of the day or morning or evening. Kinda depressing because it's always a struggle to pull my butt out of bed. I'm just in the middle of my sleep and have to instaneously throw myself out of bed and start working. I don't even do that on a normal day! At least when she was in the toddler bed, it wasn't quite so bad because it had sides and a waterproof mattress cover so the mess stayed pretty contained to one area. I hate dealing with puke! lol...I guess that's pretty obvious :D
So then all weekend I've been nauseous. I got a headache & am sooo tired. Man, I'm tired of feeeling this way, I'll tell ya that. But I suppose I'll get sick either tonite or tomorrow morning because Samantha is feeling good enough to go back to school. Well, I suppose she still has homework & then needs to get to bed. So, that's my update.

Happy New Year 2006
It's hard to believe it's 2006. It's hard to believe that tomorrow morning Samantha goes back to school. Christmas break is over & once again, I'm asking my self where does the time go. I haven't left my house in 3 days, just stayed home & did nothing. Sometimes, it's nice not to have to go somewhere. But my lack of ambition is starting to get to me and there's tons of stuff I could be getting done. Yesterday, I started not feeling good again, mostly I feel achey & cold & tired. So I'm sure Samantha will be next although I hope not. But I'm trying to think positive. That's my one and only New Years Resolution, to think positive. I usually don't make them because I don't keep them. I never have. I just want to see the year as 365 days of opportunity. Well, 2 down now & 363 to go!
